Paranormal Investigations
All B & R Paranormal investigations are provided free of charge.
We do this to understand paranormal experiences, why they occur, and to help others.
We are available for investigations in the following areas:
Virginia (Fairfax, Prince William, Fauquier, Loudoun, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah, and Frederick Counties)
West Virginia (Jefferson, Berkeley, and Morgan Counties)
Maryland (Washington and Frederick Counties)
Pennsylvania (Franklin, Adams and Fulton Counties)
(Other locations are considered on a case by case basis)
Our goal is to investigate reported experiences and to understand why they occur.
Requesting An Investigation:
Please contact us by submitting a form, sending an email or calling us. Our goal is to respond within 72 hours.
An interview by phone and/or in person will be necessary to access your experiences and expectations.
A site visit will be scheduled to tour the location, identify "hot spots" and document your experiences.
All forms will be discussed and terms agreed upon. If all parties are in agreement, an investigation will be approved and scheduled.
Our Investigation Process:
Our team will arrive at the location on the scheduled date and time.
We will review the site and unload our equipment to be used during the investigation, as determined during the site visit.
Investigations last between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the level of activity. Additional investigations may need to be scheduled accordingly.
Clients are encouraged to participate in investigations, but are advised that activity is not guaranteed and the investigation might be boring. They should also not mind being quiet and in the dark.
Post Investigation:
We will review all audio and video footage.
If we capture any evidence that explains your experiences, we will let you know our findings
Please be advised that the review process may take 1-2 weeks
Additional investigations may be scheduled, if requested.
